Intelligent Lighting Control
ASTfoto automatically controls lighting based on real-time measurements provided by the ASTsensor01 digital light sensor.
Using the mobile application, users can configure:
- Lighting switch-on threshold.
- Lighting switch-off threshold.
- Twilight switch operating parameters.
The controller incorporates an advanced filtering algorithm that ignores short-term changes in ambient light caused by vehicle headlights, flashlights, or other temporary light sources, preventing unwanted switching operations.
Wireless Wi-Fi Configuration
ASTfoto is fully compatible with the free ASTfoto mobile application, providing complete configuration and diagnostics directly from a smartphone or tablet.
Communication is performed via a secure Wi-Fi connection using WPA/WPA2 encryption.
Using the mobile application, users can:
- Adjust switch-on and switch-off thresholds.
- Monitor the current ambient light level.
- View the controller operating status.
- Perform service switching for 1, 10, or 30 minutes, or continuous operation.
- Review the event history.
After service mode is completed, the controller automatically returns to normal operation using the configured lighting thresholds.
Event Logging
ASTfoto records key operating events, providing complete supervision of the lighting installation.
The controller stores information including:
- Lighting switch-on events.
- Lighting switch-off events.
- Power restoration events.
The recorded history can be viewed directly within the mobile application.
